Recruitment Recruitment

Thanks to the Memorandum of Understanding on Skilled Workers Cooperation between Austria and the Philippines, completed in Fall 2023, recruitment has been made easier. Now, with the opening of the Philippine Migrant Workers Office (MWO) in Vienna, the processing times for applying the Red-White-Red Card are being accelerated. Linking Phi works closely with agencies in the Philippines to adhere to ethical recruitment practices and ensure the protection of all parties involved.

Collaboration with renowned schools and institutes in the Philippines is essential to being a top provider of skilled labor. For example, we have close ties with a language center, where a 98% retention rate is the norm.

The success rate of our partner language center is very high, between 90 und 95%. Since 2017, this language center has successfully placed around 500 Nursing Professionals in Switzerland and Germany. The teaching methods used are so effective that the nurses are able to navigate their work environments with ease.
